Protein Salad

Ingredients:

  • 🧘‍♂️Mushrooms - 180 gr.
  • 🧘‍♂️ Boiled chicken fillet - 2 pcs. (170 gr.)
  • 🧘‍♂️1 egg + 2 protein
  • 🧘‍♂️ Onion - 2 medium (100 gr.)
  • 🧘‍♂️Cottage cheese 1.8% - 100 gr.
  • 🧘‍♂️Yogurt 0-1% - 100 gr.
  • 🧘‍♂️Garlic - 2 cloves
  • 🧘‍♂️Salt
  • 🧘‍♂️Pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • 🧘‍♂️ Boil chicken fillet and cool
  • 🧘‍♂️Fry the onion in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes, add chopped champignons and continue to fry over medium heat (you can use high heat) so that the champignons do not let the water out much, until golden brown, put on a plate and let cool.
  • 🧘‍♂️ Beat 1 egg and 2 squirrels, add salt and bake a pancake in a dry frying pan, cool and cut into oblong squares.
  • 🧘‍♂️Make dressing: mix cottage cheese with yogurt, add garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 🧘‍♂️Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, add chilled mushrooms with onions and sliced protein pancake. fill the mixture with ready-made dressing and put it in the refrigerator for several hours for impregnation!
