  • 🥭Ripe bananas - 2pcs (400g);
  • 🥭 Frozen or fresh blueberries - 1 cup (200g);
  • 🥭Honey - 3 tablespoons (75g);
  • 🥭 Oatmeal - 1 cup (60g);
  • 🥭 Walnuts - 20g;
  • 🥭 Skimmed milk - 200g;
  • 🥭 Dough baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • 🥭 Cinnamon - 3/4 teaspoon;
  • 🥭 Egg - 1pc (70g);
  • 🥭Vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
  • 🥭 Powdered sugar (for decoration) - 1 teaspoon;
  • 🥭Foil for baking;

Preheat the oven to 190°C. We take the dishes (I use the size 25cm * 15cm) in which we will bake the cake. We cover the bottom and sides with foil (if you have a ceramic dish, then you just need to grease it a little with oil - foil is not required). Cut the bananas into rings and put them in the prepared dishes. Add half blueberries, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon honey and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes until bananas are soft. Then, in a bowl, mix the oatmeal, half the walnuts, baking powder for the dough and the remaining cinnamon, mix everything. In a separate bowl, beat the remaining honey, milk, eggs and vanilla. We take out the bananas with blueberries from the oven, sprinkle with oatmeal mixture. Then pour the milk mixture evenly. Sprinkle with remaining blueberries and walnuts. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration. Serve warm.
