Ingredients for Prague Cake

  • 🥭 Eggs - 2 pieces
  • 🥭 Sour cream - 300 grams
  • 🥭Sugar - 1 cup
  • 🥭Soda - 0.5 teaspoon
  • 🥭 Table vinegar
  • 🥭Flour - 1.5 cups
  • 🥭Condensed cocoa - 0.5 cans
  • 🥭 Cardamom or ground black pepper - a pinch
  • 🥭Almonds - to taste

How to make a Prague cake

Grind sour cream, eggs and sugar in a bowl, add soda slaked with vinegar.

Mix condensed cocoa with flour, then add crushed almonds, cardamom. If you don’t have cardamom, substitute it with ground black pepper. Divide the resulting dough into three equal parts, bake three cakes from them, and cool the finished cakes. As a cream, we used ordinary condensed milk and butter, we simply mixed them together and spread the cakes.
